What You’ll Do


  • What will you do?

    • Grow and deepen client relationships through delivery of value-added, tailored financial advice.
    • Proactively contact clients and gather insights to understand their needs.
    • Plan and prioritize client and market activities to fulfill clients’ financial needs.
    • Manage risk in all banking procedures and develop appropriate action plans.
    • Champion digital enablement and advocate for RBC mobile and online applications.
    • Visit clients on-site to understand their business objectives.

    Must-have

    • Experience in exceptional client relationship management and client service.
    • Ability to complete needs-based discovery and provide advice for day-to-day banking operations.
    • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Experience with emerging communications and technology.

    • Credit skills and knowledge.
    • Familiarity with Commercial Banking systems.
    • Knowledge of a broad array of business and personal financial products.
