  Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee non-perishable food and general merchandise operations.
  • Assist with inventory control and customer support initiatives.
  • Receive, unpack, stock, rotate, and display merchandise.
  • Open and close the store at least once per week.
  • Support scheduling, payroll input, and product ordering.
  • Promote a clean, organized, and safe shopping experience.
  • Provide leadership when the Store Manager is not present.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.

  Required Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Three years of retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to interpret operating reports.
  • Understanding of cash and safety procedures.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising execution.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  Preferred Qualifications
