  Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver and stock Frito-Lay products in retail outlets including supermarkets, convenience stores, and discount retailers.
  • Operate a Frito-Lay delivery vehicle on assigned routes and unload products efficiently.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff to increase sales and execute product displays and promotions.
  • Monitor product rotation and uphold merchandising standards to ensure freshness and visual appeal.
  • Utilize handheld technology to manage orders, track inventory, and document delivery activities.
  • Complete a structured 4–6 week training program covering delivery operations, merchandising, and sales techniques.
  • Provide support across multiple routes and adjust to different store formats as needed to meet business goals.

  Required Skills and Experience

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and compliance with state-specific requirements.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds during shifts, with or without accommodation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in delivery driving, merchandising, retail, or customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop in-store relationships and drive product growth.
