About the Role
Stack Influence is a venture-backed marketplace platform that automates collaborations between eCommerce brands and everyday social media creators. We are a high-growth, remote-first startup.
We are looking for someone who has moved past the ‘novice’ phase of Google Ads and is ready to own B2B campaigns while also supporting broader marketing initiatives. Agility is key as we launch a new website and manage team coverage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads & Paid Media (Primary Focus)
- Campaign Management: Build, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Discovery) focusing on high-quality B2B lead generation.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate on landing page strategy to improve Quality Scores and Conversion Rates.
- Analytics: Dive into Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior, attribution, and ROI.
- ECommerce Alignment: Leverage past experience with eCommerce brands to craft messaging that resonates with DTC founders and marketing managers.
2. SEO & Web Development Support
- New Site Updates: Assist the team with the expansion of our new Webflow website, ensuring SEO best practices are maintained.
- SEO Tools: Utilize Ahrefs and Google Search Console to monitor traffic health and identify keyword opportunities.
3. Content Operations (Coverage & Support)
- Content Continuity: Provide backup coverage for the content team, managing the blogging cadence and ad creation when required.
- AI-Driven Workflow: Use AI tools to research topics, draft blog posts, and create automations to streamline marketing initiatives.
4. Marketing Operations
- HubSpot CRM: Assist in tracking leads, creating reports, and managing HubSpot forms.
- New Marketing Initiatives: Assist with newsletter marketing, outbound email campaigns, and new ad channels.
- Marketing Automations: Set up cross-software automations with Zapier and create streamlined workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–4+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Mindset: Avid learner, team player, capable of spearheading initiatives.
- B2B Ads Proficiency: Experience running ads for B2B companies.
- SEO Literacy: Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.
- Tech Stack:
- Must Have: Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, AI tool experience (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc).
- Strongly Preferred: HubSpot, Ahrefs (or Semrush), Webflow, and Zapier.
- ‘Nice to Haves’ (Bonus Points): E-commerce brand experience, influencer marketing platform experience, B2B marketing channel knowledge.
